How We Deliver

Every order is sent by Parcelforce 24hr Tracked within the UK, so you can follow your parcel to your door. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

• Free on orders over £75
• Free on complete 3-sample packs

Dispatch Times

In-stock toolkits ordered before midday (UK time) are dispatched the same day.

Paint is made on demand and tinted to order for you, so it is dispatched once it has been made.

Problems With Your Delivery

If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@cameroncolours.co.uk with your order number and we will help put it right.

Dented or Leaking Tins

We use thick-gauge metal tins so they survive transit well. A dented tin is fine to use.

If a tin has been punctured and a little paint has leaked, we can send you an empty tin and lid so you can pour the paint into the new tin and dispose of the old one. Small leaks look bad but are very rarely a problem, because each tin travels inside a plastic bag.

If the box arrives clearly damp or saturated with paint (the paint colour has soaked through the box, rather than the box simply being wet from rain), please bag up the whole box in a garden or bin bag and move it somewhere you would not mind paint getting on the floor or surroundings. Open the box cautiously to confirm the tin has leaked beyond recovery.

Email hello@cameroncolours.co.uk with your order number and photos so we can raise it with our courier. Leaking tins will be replaced.

Disposing of Leaked Paint

• Wear gloves and open the tin cautiously.
• Mix the paint with cat litter, sawdust, compost or another absorbent material.
• Leave the mix to dry completely. It is very important that it is completely dry.
• Bag the dried contents securely and put them in your non-recycling bin.
• Take the empty tins to your local recycling centre.
