How is my order delivered?

Every order is sent by Parcelforce 24hr Tracked, so you can follow your parcel to your door. Delivery costs £4, and is free on orders over £75 and on complete 3-sample packs. In-stock toolkits ordered before midday are dispatched the same day.

Can I return paint?

No. Every tin is made on demand and tinted to order for you, so we are unable to accept returns of paint. Order samples first to be sure of your colour.

Can I return a toolkit?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if the toolkit is unopened. Toolkits are sold as a single toolkit, so once any item has been used the rest of the toolkit cannot be returned. Return postage is paid by you.

What if an item arrives faulty?

We will send a replacement for the specific faulty item. Email hello@cameroncolours.co.uk with your order number, which item or items are faulty, and photos showing the problem.

What if my colour looks wrong?

Paint colour develops over several days as it dries and cures, so please wait first. Then compare the dried colour with a sample and the coloured sticker on the tin, and email hello@cameroncolours.co.uk with photos of both held against the painted surface. If the colour is incorrect, we will replace or refund it, whichever you prefer.

What if a tin arrives dented or leaking?

A dented tin is fine to use. If a tin has a small leak, we will send an empty tin and lid so you can pour the paint across. If the box is soaked through with paint, bag it up, photograph it and email us so we can replace the paint. See our Delivery Policy for full guidance.

About this colour

Nobbie™ is a robust, earthy hedgerow green that brings the weathered, organic textures of the natural landscape into the home. It is a deeply nuanced mid-tone that leans heavily into a muddy, yellow-earth warmth, making it feel historic, grounded, and intensely sophisticated. It completely avoids the vibrancy of synthetic greens, offering instead a restorative, muted neutrality reminiscent of ancient woodland flora and tangled undergrowth.

Undertone and lighting

Nobbie™ has a warm undertone, so it leans towards red, yellow or brown and makes a room feel cosier.

It is at its best in north-facing rooms, where the light is cooler, softer and consistent all day.

As a dark tone it works beautifully colour-drenched — walls, woodwork and ceiling in the same colour — or as a single dramatic wall.

Nobbie™ — frequently asked questions

How do I know if Nobbie™ will work in my room?

Order a 60ml sample pot, paint two coats onto a piece of white card, and move that card around the room over a full day. Nobbie™ is earthy hedgerow green and is at its best in north-facing rooms, so check it against your own light, flooring and furniture before you buy a full tin.

Is Nobbie™ warm or cool?

Nobbie™ has a warm undertone, so it leans towards red, yellow or brown and makes a room feel cosier.

What colour is Nobbie™?

Nobbie™ (Y-4.3.050d) is a earthy hedgerow green, hex #6F7153. Nobbie™ is a robust, earthy hedgerow green that brings the weathered, organic textures of the natural landscape into the home. Tulle™, Workhouse Lime™, Hosiery™ are the whites we recommend with Nobbie™ — all from the same dirty side of the palette, so they never look mismatched.

What colours go with Nobbie™?

Gerritt™, Fletching™, Lilly™, Porkers™ all work with Nobbie™. Our rule is simple: clean colours pair with clean colours and dirty colours pair with dirty colours, never the two together.

Will Nobbie™ make my room feel darker?

Nobbie™ is a dark tone, so it will absorb light and make a room feel more enveloping. That is usually a good thing in snugs, dining rooms and north-facing spaces — paint the woodwork and ceiling in the same colour to avoid harsh edges.

Which finish should I use with Nobbie™?

Wall & Ceiling Paint comes in Cc™ Dead Matt and Cc™ Matt. Kitchen Wall Paint and Bathroom Wall Paint come in Cc™ Matt only. All other specialist paints come in Cc™ Matt and Cc™ Satin. Choose the specialist formula for your surface, then your preferred available sheen.

How much Nobbie™ paint do I need?

One litre covers roughly 10–12m² per coat, and we always recommend two coats. Measure the height and width of each wall, multiply them, add them together, then divide by 10 and double it for two coats. Our paint calculator on this page will do it for you.
