This website is run by Cameron Colours Limited, trading as Cameron Colours, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17438824. Our registered office is 11 High Street, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire NG11 6DT.

You can contact us at hello@cameroncolours.co.uk. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address you gave us with your order or account.

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Our products are sold to consumers for personal, household use.

If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that is being misused.

Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, copying our content in bulk, or interfering with how the site works.

Payment and checkout are handled securely through our Shopify checkout. Before you pay, you can review and correct your basket, delivery details and the total cost.

After you order, we send an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet acceptance. Our contract with you begins when we confirm that your order is being made or has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

If we discover a price error before accepting your order, we will contact you so you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Every tin of paint is made on demand and tinted to the colour, finish and size you choose. Because it is made to your specification, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to paint once we have started making it.

Samples are made to order in the same way. Each £5.99 sample is a 60ml pot of real Cc™ Dead Matt paint, supplied with three blank paintable peel-and-sticks for you to paint yourself. The peel-and-sticks come with the sample pot and are not sold separately.

Paint and samples: because they are made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if something is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Toolkits: you can return a toolkit within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened and in its original packaging. Toolkits are sold as a single item, so once any part has been used the toolkit cannot be returned. Return postage is paid by you. Email hello@cameroncolours.co.uk with your order number to start a return. We refund returned toolkits to your original payment method once we have received and checked them.

Faulty or incorrect items: if an item arrives faulty, we will replace the faulty item. If your paint is the wrong colour, we will replace or refund it, whichever you prefer, once we have confirmed it from photos. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We deliver by Parcelforce 24hr Tracked. Delivery costs £4 and is free on orders over £75. Paint is made to order, so it takes a little longer to dispatch than in-stock toolkits.

The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. Dented tins are fine to use; leaking tins are replaced or, for small leaks, we send an empty tin and lid so you can decant the paint. See our Delivery Policy for details.

Colours on screen are a guide only. Screens, device settings, lighting, the surface you paint and the colours around it all change how a colour looks. Please order a sample and look at it in your own room before buying full tins.

We keep very tight control over our colours, but two batches may not be exactly identical. Order enough paint for the whole job at once, and keep paint from the same order for any touch-ups.

Our guides, Paint Science articles, paint calculator, planner and colour advisor are provided in good faith for general guidance. Painted surfaces are affected by many changing conditions outside our control, such as preparation, the surface itself, moisture, temperature and how the paint is applied, so we cannot guarantee particular results. Coverage figures are estimates. Always follow the instructions on the tin.

Cameron Colours™, Cc™, Strata™, our finish names (such as Cc™ Dead Matt, Cc™ Matt and Cc™ Satin) and every one of our colour names are our trade marks. The website, its text, guides, illustrations, photographs, colour data and tools belong to us or our licensors.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or use our names, content or colour data commercially without our written permission.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, because our products are for household use.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that goods are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If an event outside our control delays or prevents an order, we will tell you as soon as we can. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet delivered.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
